The renovations at my house continue this week and we received our Green Energy report and it was… not good.
I wasn’t convinced this report was worth the ~$550. But after getting it back, it does a great job explaining where the homeowner should spend their money to make their home more energy efficient.

Not bad.
MARKETS:
This week was an important one. It was a tale of two narratives.

"Sales of Ferraris with hybrid engines have overtaken those of traditional models for the first time, a seminal moment for a brand inextricably linked with supercars driven by noisy, powerful engines. Some 51 per cent of Ferrari’s cars sold between July and September were hybrid, compared with 43 per cent in the previous three months and just 19 per cent a year ago. Four of the 13 models offered by Ferrari in the quarter were hybrids." Source: FT
"Today marks the release of the first “new” song by the Beatles since 1995. “Now and Then” is available on streaming services (with an Atmos mix where supported), and the story behind the song’s production is one that’s drawn a lot of interest from fans of the iconic rock band. Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr turned to breakthrough technology and machine learning to piece together a finished track from an old lo-fi John Lennon recording." Source: The Verge
